Data voluntarily provided through the application form
First name, last name, email, phone, country, approximate area, budget, objective and timeline. Purpose: handling preliminary project verification requests, commercial follow-up, addition to GetResponse contact list. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3. Processing methods and retention
Personal data is processed using IT and telematic tools, with organisational methods strictly related to the stated purposes. Data collected through the application form is stored in the site database for a maximum period of 24 months from the date of collection, unless otherwise requested by the data subject. Data transmitted to GetResponse is subject to GetResponse's Privacy Policy.
4. Data sharing and disclosure
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except in the following cases: technical service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the site (hosting, database, email marketing via GetResponse), legal obligations or judicial authority orders.
